After a full day of filming last Thursday, the club will also be featured on BT Sport’s Rugby Tonight programme tomorrow night (Wednesday 5th March) from 8pm. Members of the club will be travelling down, with their bikes, to publicise the Memorial Bike Ride and the reasoning behind it. We will publicise the youtube link when available for thiose of you without SKY ( But it will be on in the clubhouse).

We were also featured in the EADT and Bury Free Press BFP Article last week, on ITV Anglia News last night and will be featured in the April edition of Rugby World (on sale 4th March).

You can help the cycle ride by visiting:

Our first team home game this coming Saturday v East Grinstead will be held as a memorial match, to pay tribute to those who lost their lives. Their will be a minutes silence before kick off . Entry for the day will be free to everyone so please bring friends and relatives, especially those who were around at the time.

We are all mindful that this week will be hard for the families who lost loved ones 40 years ago and the fact that they continue to be remembered is so very important.
