The Wolves opened the scoring of a great field catch from the ever improving Sayer who beat two men to feed scrum half Duchesne to score. Briggs kicked the conversion.
Due to some poor tackling the Walsham backs broke through the Wolves midfield to score their first try of the game.
Hard working, number 8, Young scored the Wolves 2nd try with a great pickup and drive from the base of a solid scrum.
27Prop Giddy latched onto a great lineout and drive to take the home side in at half time 19 V 7 points up.
The hard working Walsham side opened the second half with two well worked tries.
Under pressure the Wolves were pulled back into the game through some quick thinking by scrum half Duchesne. Taking a quick penalty Duchesne fed Giddy to score his second of the game.
Walsham hit back again and with minutes to go the scores were level.
Playing with renewed vigor the Wolves earned a penalty which Briggs kicked to edge the Wolves ahead with minutes to play.
The victory was sealed for the Wolves by their inspirational captain, Oxborough.
